VOLUNTEERING

We are 100% volunteer organization. Families are required to volunteer a minimum of 15 hours per family. A $175 deposit check for volunteer hours  is required at registration and it will be held until the end of the season and only cashed if you do not complete volunteer hours or have a balance on your account for any other reason.  A $50 per “no show” penalty fee will be charged if you do not show up for your assignment. An optional participation buyout of $200 is available if your family wishes to be exempt from volunteering duties.

IF YOU ARE A “NO SHOW” FOR YOUR VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENT,

A $50 penalty will be assessed for each assignment that you do not complete.

We will cash your deposit check and refund you the difference.
